Digital transformation to modernise operations and enhance services at Thursfields
Thursfields, a leading Midlands law firm, has announced a major digital transformation initiative aimed at modernising its operations and enhancing its service offerings to clients.
Thursfields will be investing in a comprehensive suite of the latest digital tools and technologies, including cloud-based software, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, and enhanced cybersecurity measures.
These tools will allow the firm to streamline its internal processes, improve communication between colleagues and clients, and deliver faster, more efficient, and cost-effective legal services.
The firm’s digital transformation initiative will also include significant investment in staff training and development, ensuring that all colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge to use the new tools effectively.
Richard Webb, Thursfields’ IT director, joined the regional law firm in 2022 from OOSHA Ltd, a specialist company that he founded to provide managed IT services, cloud and communication solutions to the legal and finance sector.
Mr Webb said: “Our digital transformation has enabled us to adapt to the changing needs of our clients.
“We can now offer our services in a way that suits their lifestyles and work schedules, which is crucial in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing environment.”
Michelle O’Hara, managing partner at Thursfields, explained that the company is committed to using technology to enhance its offering and to provide the highest quality legal services to its clients.
Mrs O’Hara said: “The firm is well-positioned to meet the challenges of the future and to continue to provide exceptional service to its clients.
“We are excited to embrace digital transformation and leverage the latest technologies to better serve our clients.
“The legal industry is changing, and we need to adapt to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
“By investing in digital tools and technology, we can provide a faster, more efficient, and more secure service to our clients, while also creating a more productive work environment for our colleagues.”
