Established Midlands commercial cleaning company acquired, advised by Thursfields

The corporate team at Thursfields Solicitors advised the buyers of a long established commercial cleaning company in the Midlands.

Officlean has been serving the business community across the West Midlands and Shropshire areas for more than 50 years.

The company, based in Wombourne, has now been purchased by husband and wife Andrew and Tanjinder Price. Andrew the Managing Director is leading the business, bringing his wealth of experience of exceptional service standards and leading highly effective teams.

Philip Chapman, a director of the Corporate department at Thursfields’ offices in Halesowen, was the lead adviser on the sale. He was supported by associate solicitor Reece De-Vaney and colleagues in the commercial real estate and employment teams.

Mr Chapman said: “We were pleased to assist with the acquisition of Officlean which was made as the current owner was retiring from the business. The purchasers acquired the entire share capital of the company on 4 April 2023 and are now focused on the future growth of the company.”
