About Alastair

Alastair has had a strong foundation in the IT industry for 7 years, with a solid understanding of IT systems and technology. He has further developed his skills through completing a Level 4 apprenticeship in IT Systems, which has equipped him with a comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and software applications.

In addition to his technical expertise, Alastair has also gained valuable experience in IT service delivery through completing an IT Service Delivery for Educator/SME course. This training has taught him the importance of delivering high-quality services to clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded. Alastair has learned how to assess and prioritize requests, manage incidents and problems, and provide effective solutions to issues.

Alastair is particularly passionate about resolving co-worker IT issues and queries. He takes pride in being able to troubleshoot and fix problems quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring that his colleagues can focus on their work without disruption. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable him to identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions.
