Amy is an Associate Director in the corporate team and advises individuals, corporates and private equity investors on acquisitions, disposals, investments and reorganisations, as well as general corporate governance matters.
Having worked both in private practice and in-house, Amy understands the importance of working closely with clients to understand their business and commercial strategy in order to achieve the best outcome. Amy prides herself on her personable and efficient approach.
Before joining Thursfields, Amy spent a number of years advising on private equity and M&A transactions at a leading national law firm and also working in-house for one of the UK’s most active growth investors.
