About Ben
Ben is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property department.
He deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions of industrial units, acquisition and development of brownfield sites, secured lending and working with SSASs and SIPPS. He has extensive experience of working with both landlords and tenants across a wide array of sectors including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
Ben is a dual qualified solicitor (Ireland 2005, England & Wales 2009) having earned law degrees from University College Cork (BCL & LLB) and the University of Birmingham (LLM).
Since moving to the West Midlands in 2010, Ben has built up a loyal client base and network of professional contacts throughout Birmingham and the Black Country.
