Malgorzata (Gosia) Bronisz-Handley

Gosia is an Associate Solicitor in Thursfields Estate team dealing with obtaining grants of probate or grants of letters of administration and assisting with estate administration.

Dealing with estate matters can be complex and time consuming. Gosia is enthusiastic about assisting clients by gathering case specific information, explaining the process, investigating and fact finding in order to provide a solution, be that to minimise the impact of inheritance tax or ensuring the estate is settled accordingly.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, Gosia gained experience of working for solicitors in both Polish and English jurisdictions. She achieved her master’s degree in Law in Poland in 2003. In order to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) course at the Heart of Worcestershire College where she also received an award from the Worcestershire Law Society for the best GDL student at Heart of Worcestershire College (2016). She has completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with Staffordshire University achieving a distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2018.
