Helena has been a property litigation specialist for more than 20 years, across all property litigation disciplines.
Advising developers, landlords, tenants, managing agents, landed estates, corporate occupiers portfolio owners and retailers. She has particular specialism in long residential leasehold matters, mixed use block management, lease extensions and enfranchisement.
Her experience spans County Court, Tribunal, Higher Court litigation and dispute resolution in areas such as commercial landlord and tenant lease renewals, notices, possessions, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge and debt work.
