Katie Maxwell-Stewart

Katie is an experienced litigation solicitor who has a particular interest in contentious trust and probate matters. She regularly advises upon matters including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges against the validity of wills, removal and replacement of trustees and executors and disputes over the management of trusts. Katie is also highly accomplished in assisting clients with commercial disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence, debt recovery and enforcement.
