Lisa provides advice and representation to employers along with senior executives. She gives practical and clear advice to clients and provides bespoke solutions.

Lisa advises on a wide range of employment issues; from unfair dismissal, claims under the Equality Act 2010, redundancy, TUPE to negotiating settlement terms.

She has acted on a wide range of matters involving breaches of post termination obligations.

Lisa also has extensive experience supporting corporate clients with all employment related aspects of business sales and acquisitions.

As well as representing clients in contentious matters, Lisa advises on all non-contentious issues including drafting contracts of employment, restrictive covenants, policies as well as providing day-to-day HR advice.
