Mike is educated to CIPD Level 7 and Associate Member of the CIPD, bringing extensive knowledge and experience of all parts of the employee lifecycle. Mike is currently supporting the HR Director and the HR team with a focus on Learning and Development and Induction processes.
Mike is known for being approachable, hardworking, and committed to continuous learning in HR. Specialising in implementing, developing and maintaining HR systems such as Equiniti’s Perito & Eureka, MHR iTrent, IRIS Networx ATS, Docebo LMS, Access LMS and SAP Business Objects.
