About Sian
Originally from Cambridge, Sian moved to Birmingham in 2014 and started working for one of the regions largest Law firms. After qualifying as a Solicitor at a Black country based firm, she joined Thursfields’ Residential Property Team in Solihull to assist both the Solihull and Birmingham offices.
Sian deals with all aspects of residential property conveyancing including; sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions with a specialty in New build developments.
