Thursfields advise Ortecha on the Business Growth Partnership deal with Debretts
Ortecha Ltd, a data and analytics consulting firm, has been a driving force in the UK since its establishment in 2010. With a global footprint, the company helps organisations to unlock the full value of their data, providing them with the expertise to establish and maintain robust data capabilities.
As part of its ambitious growth plan, Ortecha has formed a strategic alliance with Debretts PE Limited. This partnership brings together Ortecha’s exceptional data and analytics capabilities with Debrett’s business insight, financial muscle, and commercial expertise. By combining their strengths, the partnership will enable Ortecha to offer more comprehensive services to clients, including data assessments; strategic planning; operational modelling; training, and data preparation for AI implementation.
The Ortecha shareholders were supported by the Thursfields Corporate Team, led by Tim Edwards (Corporate Director) and assisted by Ellie Bryan (Corporate Solicitor) and Lisa Moore (Employment Associate Director). Headpoint Advisors’ Mark Wilson and Oliver Stephens provided corporate finance support and Rob Pearce from Bishop Fleming LLP provided tax advice.
