Thursfields Recognised as a Top Midlands Adviser for M&A Activity in 2023

Regional law firm Thursfields has been named by Experian as one of the Midlands most active M&A legal advisers for 2023 in its latest MarketIQ rankings.

Thursfields’ top 10 ranking comes off the back of another busy year for the firm’s corporate team, which acted on a record number of M&A deals. Standout transactions included advising private equity funds and corporates on their buy and build strategies, owner managers on the sale of their businesses and domestic and international groups on a number of significant joint ventures and reorganisations.
