The Candidate
A solicitor or executive with upwards of five years experience in matters covering; estate administration and executor removal disputes, challenging caveats, claims arising from negligent will drafting / execution, Power of Attorney and Deputyship issues, inheritance and trust related disputes including those relating to funeral wishes.
The Opportunity
This is a stand alone position with the opportunity for progression and team expansion in a successful regional firm.
